Hair Be Gone!

I cut my hair!

After and Before! I've been watching a bunch of Korean TV and I dug out a bunch of my J-Rock + J-Pop... That's why I'm doing that with my hand. I'm a nerd.

YAYAYAY!!! I will no longer have my life dictated to me by my hair! If I wanna wear it down, I don't have to worry about the dreadlocks that will soon be in my future!
Ok.. I'm still a little excited about it. ;)

... That you have too much hair when you start finding pencils in it.

It's a little scary when you try to brush your hair and there is some sort of solid object lodged in the birds nest your head has become...
Now I need to attack my head with a spray bottle and a wide toothed comb.

Hello, Tuesday

My visit with my sister has come to an end. I'm glad to be back home, but I miss her tons. On Sunday she let me dye her hair blue!

We went shopping and bopping around town the last two days I was there. It was HOT and very, very sunny, so a lot of picture were waaaaaayyy too washed out.
I got a really awesome cat pen

I didn't realized it until the next day, but it also meows. Yeah. Best. Pen. Ever.

I got these super cute flats, too.

I have a hard time finding flats that are cute and comfortable for my flat feet. These fit the bill!
I tried these on....

... And then I realized they were $575... Yeah... I didn't get those. I think I want to recreate a more affordable version! Sooo many sequins!

Prom!

Hey Guys, I went to Prom! The movie that is...

I didn't know how silly the hair tie looked until I got home. Oh well, you live and learn.

We celebrated my friends birthdays by getting all dolled up and seeing the movie "Prom" in theatres. It was an adorabley cheesy movie and we had the theatre to ourselves, which is always the best way to have a theatre.
Unfortunately, most of the pictures were taken on their cameras so I don't have a lot of photos.

Also, the lead girl in the movie, Nova, she had the same purse as me!

It's always fun to see your stuff in movies!

Blue Hair

I dip dyed my hair yesterday and it actually turned out pretty cool! I'd never had my hair dyed before, so it was all kind of scary at first, because not only was my hair going to be permanently damaged, but I was going to do the damaging! Turns out, it wasn't really that hard and I LOVE the results! I watched/listened to the first few episodes of Inuyasha (I got the first season on DVD last week) and I had forgotten one of the first demons Kagome & Inuyasha fought was a hair demon!

I was really surprised by how easy it was... I figured there would be far more steps/instructions/rules, but it was pretty straightforward.
What do you think of it? The first thing my Dad said was, "What's this? Are you trying to be a punk rocker?"

Sorry the pictures are so terrible.

Oh well, my Mom and my Mimi love it and their opinion as far as hair/fashion/makeup/etc. is more important to me anyways.
Ok, I'll be back later with better pictures of my new hair. I think I'm going to do pink next... :D
