I have just finished reading the 8th book , "The Inside Story", in The Sisters Grimm series by Michael Buckley. And it was FANTASTIC!! I loved it! I cannot believe there is only going to be one more book in the series!
If you haven't heard of The Sisters Grimm series before, they are about Sabrina and Daphne Grimm and their many adventures. I don't want to give away to much, but if you like fairy tales, mysteries, and adventure stories you will probably like the series. Keep in mind that if you were to walk into a bookstore you would find these books in the section for 7 - 11 year olds, but they are extremely good. Or at least I think they are. Michael Buckley is really, really funny and his spin on so many well loved fairy tale characters is really interesting!
Let me know if you like them!

We Heart It
Have you heard of this website?
I finally created an account about... a week and a half ago and have been "hearting" things like crazy since!
If you would like, you can follow my "heart" and see all the pictures I've saved.
But I warn you, it is quite addictive! There are much worse addictions though.
Cheers!

Fairy Tales
Have I ever mentioned that I love Fairy Tales? Because I do. I love Fairy Tales. A lot. I love them especially at this moment and have been filling my life with things of the sort.
I watched "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg" yesterday. It wasn't raining when I started it, but it started pouring during the last 30 minutes of the film! It was fantastic! Umbrellas isn't technically a fairy tale, but it is sooo pretty and colorful and since all the dialogue is sung, it is about as close as you can get.
Another film I am very excited about is "Peau D'Ane" (a.k.a Donkeyskin) which is another film by Jacques Demy and starring Catherine Deneuve and this one is a bonafide Fairy Tale! It is based on the fairy tale of the same name by Charles Perrault.
I haven't seen it yet, but I am going to! Very soon! Once I do there is a very good chance I will come around here and gush about it.
Until then,
